Coffee is roasted allowed to age for 7 days and the released for sale.

This blend is roasted to a dark chocolate colour. The result is the base for the perfect cafe latte. The flavor profile is complex with hints of caramel and chocolate. The crema is a rich burnt orange and the sweet, smoky aftertaste lingers on the palate.
