Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 31 days of delivery for a full refund minus delivery.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us and will will rectify is asap. 
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 


All Elite Athlete™ brand products come with a limited 31 day warranty. If your Pro Glass Shaker™ product fails during normal use, please contact us and a representative will contact you within one business day. 

Please note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, physical damage, improper care either cleaning or non-standard usage or negligence. If rubber seals are lost or any parts are misplaced for any reason, there is no exchange/refund. 

With almost no claims to date, our manufacturing undergoes strict Quality Assurance testing and our product is manufactured to worlds highest industry certifications: Certifications: SGS, EU, FDA, LFGB, CE

If there is an issue, we require either a photo, video evidence in order to support your claim in order to rectify it. 

Return delivery costs is to be made by the customer.


Shipping Damages

Damages are rare but can happen. All products are packed well and secure but on the occasion your product is damaged in transit, please take photos and send it to us so we can rectify it with the transport carrier.
